Arthur is a former banker and senior technology executive. In 1996, after 25 years at JP Morgan, he co-founded first Intralinks, the first B2B financial services software-as-a-service company, and later CreditTrade. Arthur is now a Senior Fellow at the Fletcher School, and a consultant to governments, banks and corporations.
